Activity Description

In this interactive worksheet activity, each student will be provided with a set of 15 random points in the first quadrant of a coordinate plane. Their task is to write down the coordinates in the form of (x,y) for each point. All the points will appear in red color initially and as they fill correct answers, the points will turn green. Each student will receive a different set of points.

Key Features:

  • Auto-Graded: This interactive digital worksheet is auto-graded, eliminating the need for teachers to evaluate it manually, making it an excellent practice activity.
  • Unique Questions: Each student will receive a unique set of 15 points to promote individual practice and understanding.
  • Re-Assignable: Re-assigning the worksheet to the same classroom will generate a new set of questions for each student.

In this worksheet, every student will receive a unique set of questions and the worksheet is auto-graded. When a teacher reassigns a worksheet, students will receive a completely new set of questions, ensuring a fresh and fair learning experience every time.

Common Core: MATH

Number System

Understand a rational number as a point on the number line. Extend number line diagrams and coordinate axes familiar from previous grades to represent points on the line and in the plane with negative number coordinates.

Number System

Solve real-world and mathematical problems by graphing points in all four quadrants of the coordinate plane. Include use of coordinates and absolute value to find distances between points with the same first coordinate or the same second coordinate.
